5 Vancouver Hotels with Outdoor Event Space

Recently on the A&B blog, we showcased Vancouver’s New & Renovated Event Spaces. Today, we have highlighted outdoor event spaces offered by some of Vancouver’s top hotels.

Wedgewood Hotel & Spa: The Wedgewood Hotel & Spa‘s beautiful Chelsea Terrace is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The space is perfect for private parties, receptions, and weddings, and has been recently refurbished.

Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver: By downtown Vancouver’s waterfront is the Outdoor Pool Terrace at Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver. The terrace offers 2,100 square feet of event space against incredible water and mountain views.

Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre: The Fountain Square gardens at Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre offer a unique event space for both small and large functions up to 1,000 people.

Rosewood Hotel Georgia: Located in the inner courtyard of the Rosewood Hotel Georgia‘s 4th floor is Reflections: The Garden Terrace. Filled with foliage, soft lights, and natural elements, the space is a sophisticated urban oasis. Private events can be booked during the fall/winter season.

Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver: On the 6th floor of Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver is a contemporary Terrace. The event space is canopied and ideal for intimate gatherings.

Wedding Inspiration: Rose Quartz in Real Weddings Magazine

A&B Partytime Rentals was thrilled to be a part of a recent editorial shoot for Real Weddings magazine Spring/Summer 2016 issue. Produced by Debut Event Design and photographed by Union Photographers, the breathtaking design uses 2016’s Pantone Colour of the Year – rose quartz. Shot on location at The Permanent, a heritage gem in downtown Vancouver.

What’s New in our Catalogue

At A&B Partytime Rentals, we are always expanding our event rental inventory. Recent new items in our catalogue include our much-anticipated Harvest Tables, a variety of new linens, and much more. Information and photos below.

Harvest Tables: With a wide wood top, the rectangular harvest style table seats 8-10 people and measures 8″ long x 40″ wide. The table adds rustic charm to any event setting, and pairs perfectly with our Vineyard X-Back Chairs.

Geometric Circle Runners: Fun and bold geometric circle patterned table runner, measuring approximately 14″ wide x 108″ long. Comes in Blush, Platinum, and Black.

New to our specialty tablecloth collection are both the Damask Linens and Elliptical Linens. Both linens come in a variety of colours and sizes.

Stemless Riedel Wine Glass: Stemless Riedel Cab/Merlot wine glass, approximately 21 oz.

Last week, A&B celebrated its 60th Anniversary! Clients, family, and friends of A&B all helped us celebrate the big milestone. 2016 Hush Wedding Soirée

On Saturday, A&B Partytime Rentals was a part of the 2016 Hush Wedding Soirée hosted at Terminal City Club in downtown Vancouver. With two floors of wedding inspiration and entertainment, the show always brings together the city’s best vendors.

Our Skylight Canopy was located on Terminal City Club’s patio. Our main table showcased the following items, with a beautiful floral garland from Flower Factory that tied the whole look together.

This year, March 20th marks the first day of spring, and also the start of a busy and fun-filled event season in Vancouver.
